What would happen if your executive director left tomorrow? Or even next month? What about your board president? Join other leaders as we discuss how we can prepare for the transition when a board member or staff person leaves the organization.
This is not a webinar, but a discussion between leaders. The goal is to bring thoughtful questions and possible solutions to the table in order for this to be a beneficial use of time for everyone, allowing all time to share, and to hopefully bring forward solutions to take away.
Registration is limited to 25 in order for us to allow the use of webcams and screensharing. (You may also join by phone.) There is a waiting list for those who wish to be on the call. If you discover you cannot make the call, please cancel immediately in order to allow someone else to participate that can make the date/time.
