Learn how to calculate indirect expenses to determine true program costs. This webinar explores what expenses can be billed directly and what must be allocated, as well as acceptable methods for cost allocation. 

This webinar will:

  • Review and examine concept of true program costs
  • Explain methods and practices of overhead cost allocations
  • Explain and describe ways this could impact the organizational business model

Beverly Bushyhead, Program Director, Nonprofits Assistance Fund

Beverly is responsible for planning, managing and delivering NAF's high quality and responsive training program. She earned two Master's Degrees in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration at Hamline University. Beverly serves on the Urban Indian Advisory Board appointed by the Minnesota Indian Affairs Council and the Cultural and Ethnic Communities Leadership Council appointed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services Commissioner. Sher serves as a coach for Wilder Foundations' Neighborhood Leadership Program and is a James P. Shannon Leadership Institute alumnus. Previously, Bev was a manager at Project for Pride in Living and Greater Twin Cities United Way.
