When a family has a child with special needs, it impacts the family as a whole: relationships with each other, as well as overall dynamics in the household. As parents, you can often lose the connection in your partnership when focused on the unique needs of your child(ren).
Vanessa Slivken will remind us of positive ways to work through challenges such as stress, letting go of resentment sometimes felt when the balance of caring for the child falls more to one parent, emotional roller coasters, and communication. Join us as we explore ways to strengthen your connection and ultimately, strengthen your family!
