This special (limited capacity) pre-conference workshop is available to DSAIA attendees. You MUST register to attend this session.

Nonprofits leaders get pulled in so many directions that it can be challenging to take a step back and manage your organization effectively. Good leadership skills will help you attract (and retain) great talent and provide a solid path for organizational growth. Join Molly Coke, vice president of sales and support services at Firespring, for a pre-conference workshop that shows you how to become a rockstar leader who cultivates growth at your organization. Attend this session to:

  • Discover how to define your organization’s foundational values.
  • Complete a tangible exercise in leadership vulnerability.
  • Learn 11 fundamental traits of a rockstar leader.

PLUS - All attendees (limited seating) will be able to participate in the Culture Index Survey for FREE! This survey tool gives a report of an individual's natural wiring. How are they naturally inclined to think in terms of autonomy, social ability, pace and conformity. Then, it goes one step further and allows the survey taker to show what they think is required in their job and compares their natural wiring to their job behaviors. It's an excellent way to understand ourselves and how we perform in our jobs and also allows leaders to know what types of people they may need to surround themselves with to have the most productive teams.

Your presenter:

As vice president of sales and support services, Molly Coke is dedicated to ensuring every person who interacts with Firespring is provided the best experience possible.

As a board member and lifelong volunteer, Molly understands the challenges nonprofits face and focuses on developing strategies and methodologies that help organizations achieve ROI. Working nearly 20 years in customer service, she offers a unique perspective on utilizing technology to build relationships.

I continue to be impressed with the depth of the board/professional workshops offered.
