Do you know how to create a realistic budget? Identify direct v. indirect expenses? What about understanding how to allocate program costs including wages? Budgeting and financial reporting is key in managing any organization, especially a nonprofit.

Char Hill, former president of Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan, presents an informative workshop providing 'non-financial' staff and volunteers of Down syndrome support groups with the foundation they need to create and maintain meaningful budgets and financial reports.

After registration, you'll be sent a follow-up link which will allow you to choose the exact date and time of your desired broadcast.
